Transition Assistance Program – The program provides resources to transition to work, life, and home after the military.

VA for Vets — Helps veterans and transitioning military service members find employment within the federal and non-profit sectors. The site has lots of helpful tools like career assessments, resume-building help, and tips on how to translate your military skills to marketable job qualifications.

Hiring Our Heroes — Hiring Our Heroes is a nationwide initiative from the US Chamber of Commerce. On their site you’ll find links, articles, and tools to help you find employment after the military. There’s also a list of upcoming job fairs and other events.
